Katarina Lisjak is an experienced expert in the European Structural and Investment Funds with more than ten years of experience in business consulting in the private, public and non-profit sectors. As the director of TEMPO savjetovanje d.o.o., she specializes in the preparation and implementation of projects financed from EU funds, including infrastructure projects, digitalization, business modernization and research and development.

She has a deep understanding of European policies and financial mechanisms, acquired through various educations in the country and abroad, including the postgraduate specialist study “Adapting to the European Union: The Project Management and the Use of EU Funds and Programs” at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Zagreb and the specialist program “School of European Legal and Social Studies” at the University of Padua.

During her professional career, she participated in the preparation and implementation of projects worth more than 15 million euros, and her area of ​​expertise includes strategic planning, financial project management, feasibility assessment and risk management.

Josip Lisjak has a PhD in geodesy and geoinformatics with more than ten years of experience in spatial data management, digital transformation and implementation of business information systems.

His research area includes the digital economy, smart cities and GIS technologies, and he especially excels in the development of advanced spatial databases and the optimization of business processes through technological innovation. He led projects of digitization of public administration, implementation of GIS solutions and strategic planning as part of EU projects with an infrastructure component. As head of technological development at TEMPO savjetovanje d.o.o., he specializes in the introduction of innovative technological solutions into business systems, with an emphasis on digital transformation.

He is the author of numerous professional and scientific works and an active participant in international conferences on the topic of geospatial data, sustainable development and the application of advanced IT solutions in public and

Project financial management expert with over twenty years of experience in finance, accounting and procurement.

She graduated in economics from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and further trained in the field of independent accounting. She works as a financial manager and economic advisor at TEMPO savjetovanje d.o.o., where she specializes in business planning, preparation of investment studies and financial management of EU projects.

During her career, she participated in the implementation of a number of infrastructure and development projects, with a special focus on increasing the competitiveness of companies, digitalization and energy efficiency.

Her expertise includes financial planning, budget management and optimization of financial processes within the framework of EU funds, and her experience in working with the public and private sectors allows her to have a comprehensive understanding of financial mechanisms and adapt to the specific needs of clients.

Master of Economics currently working as an assistant project manager at TEMPO savjetovanje d.o.o., where he provides administrative support and participates in the preparation and implementation of projects financed by EU funds.

During his career, he gained experience in accounting, marketing, logistics and tourism through various business engagements in Croatia and abroad. He worked in the accounting and financial sectors, and his experience in hospitality logistics was further expanded through work in the USA and the UK.

He has good organizational and communication skills and the ability to adapt to different business sectors, and his experience working in dynamic environments allows him to be flexible and effectively manage work tasks.
